Custom Channel Letter Signs

Channel letter Signs also known as Pan Channel Letters or Illuminated Letter Signs are three-dimensional signs which can be lit or non-lit. They are normally fabricated by using CNC machine/router to be sized and spaced properly in shape of the custom signs such as business logo, storefront signs and any desired letters, numbers or shapes. Custom channel letters are made and molded from durable and weather-resistant materials of metal or plastic and coated with variety of finishes such as acrylic, printed vinyl and etc. In some instances, some people refer to Channel letters as LED letters or neon signs.

Channel Letters are made in different types such as Open- Face Channel letters, Internally Lit Letters, Reversed Lit, Back Lit, Halo Lit, Front/Back Lit.

Billboard Connection Toronto offers different types of illuminated channel letter signs:

LED SIGNS / NEON LOOKS SIGNS

Standard Channel Letters

This type of Channel letters are the most common lighted signs. Letters are covered with the LED and a clear acrylic face to protect exposed neon/LED from outside elements, weather, birds, etc.

REVERSE CHANNEL LETTERS

Reverse lit signs are installed away from the wall. This gap creates a halo light effect behind the sign.

FACE and BACK (HALO) - LIT LETTERS

These letters combine the same features of a face and back-lit letter.

Letter Sign Installation

Illuminated Letters could be installed directly on the building facade individually or on a runway. The method of sign installation will be in agreement with the city bylaws. Billboard Connection Toronto is experienced in sign installation and sign permits.

Channel letters are one of the most well received forms of lettering for outdoor and indoor sign showcase. They are broadly attractive three dimensional, individually created and cut forms or letters that are the effective form of branding. Channel letters widely attract the potential customers of businesses and brands by visual context.
